From the A30 travelling West (from Exeter)

Travel past Launceston and across Bodmin Moor along the dual carriageway. Before getting to Bodmin the road narrows to a single carriageway for a short section, travel 1.4 miles until the road widens again, then take the right hand turn signposted to Helland. At the T junction turn right again and cross two cattle grids and then left at the cross roads (continue to follow signs). Proceed through the village of Helland until you reach Helland Bridge, cross the bridge and Tredethy is on your right at the top of the hill.

TREDETHY HOUSE is situated one mile from the peaceful, historic hamlet of Helland, which stands midway between the Padstow Estuary and Bodmin Moor.
