In the best tradition of the Italian trattoria, the principle is simple: the best seasonal, organic and local ingredients, and some gourmet Italian staples, like the creamy and freshest buffalo mozzarella, the best single estates extra virgin olive oils, prime cured meats for our classic antipasti and Taggiasche olives from Liguria to name a few. Handmade pasta, plus the award winning produce Cornwall has to offer, local meat and the best fish from our local fishermen..

TRATTORIA is now open Thursday, Friday, Saturday evening and we welcome party bookings on other evenings.
